This project involved the construction of a new Water Park facility at the Sunset Beach Resort in Montego Bay. The scope of works include a 10,000 sq. ft. main swimming pool with lazy river, 2 no. 3-storey water slides, multiple Jacuzzis and new Beach Grille. Other ancillary building constructed were the 'Pirate's Forte and 'Magic Mountain' which are Games/Entertainment areas for Kids.

Reliance Consulting Group (RCG) acted as Project/Construction Management self-performing all works with the client. We team also provided the overall FF&E coordination and implementation services.
