Globe Insurance Brokers is expanding their customer service operations by relocating their existing office to a larger branch office at Fairview Shopping Centre in Montego Bay.

The total area for this new office is 5,500 sq. ft. The ground floor area of 3,300 sq. ft. would utilize 1,236 sq. ft. of space for the reception, lobby, meeting and waiting area with 1918 sq. ft. to be separated as future rentable space.

The existing mezzanine floor slab area of 2,200 sq. ft. will be extended to 2,833 sq. ft. of usable floor space to accommodate open and enclosed office space, conference room, kitchen/lunch room, toilets, utility room, server room and copy room.
