This project involved the complete refurbishment of a 224 room property. The resort required restorations to all areas including the guest rooms, public facilities, back of house areas and significant upgrade to all infrastructure services.
Other works included construction of a new Kid's area consisting of pools and water slides.

Our team along with a full team of on-site personnel provided complete project management services, including cost estimating and cost management services, construction management and overall coordination and implementation services.
